This chorizo is made in a style typical of the area around Segovia, Spain in the southern municipality of Cantimpalos.
It requires no preparation and is ready to eat.
An excellent slicing chorizo made from pork and flavored with fresh garlic,
smoked paprika, wine vinegar and sea salt. It has a mildly spicy smoky flavor.
It is cured and air dried for up to 3 months and is free of any preservative nitrates.
It is great as a "Bocadillo" on a crusty baguette by itself as they often do in Spain.
