Fresh from Canada, our Atlantic farm-raised salmon filet is a delicious cut that has a milder flavor than wild caught salmon. This fish has a medium-firm texture with large pink-orange flakes. Salmon is an excellent source of protein and a main source of lipids (omega 3) and essential fatty acids. Using closed circuit farming practices, this salmon is non-intensely farmed which mitigates environmental impact. Their diet is sourced from sustainably managed fisheries & trimmings from fish caught for human consumption. We prepare the filets by scaling the skin and removing the pin-bones. Priced per lb.
