We carve our boneless Ribeye Steaks from hand selected whole loins. We choose highly marbled pieces that makes a ribeye what a ribeye should be. Certified Humane Angus Beef (CAB), hormone and antibiotic free. Sold by the piece. Please select in the dropdown menu either: 16 Ounce Steaks (approx. 1 inch thick) or 24 Ounce Extra Thick Steaks (approx. 1.75 inch) Then add quantity of each. Steaks are best sautéed or grilled and finished in the oven.
