Our new favorite cut of pork!
Pork Delmonico is a boneless cut from the central pork loin rib section and our butcher includes the Rib Cap which wraps around the loin. The Rib Cap is prized for its marbling resulting in more flavor and tenderness.
The same as beef delmonico steak but providing a better value and leaner cut, while at the same time packing in the flavor!
We recommend grilling these Pork Delmonico steaks or sautéing in a cast iron skillet and finishing in the oven.
Try sautéing some sliced green apples in butter, sage, thyme and a bit of honey to top the steaks with.
Sold by the piece.
Each steak is approximately 1 pound and 1.5 inches thick.
