Locally sourced from Frederick, Maryland. Our small batch sausages are handmade and fresh, never frozen. Our Spicy Hot Italian Sausage is made with cayenne pepper, fennel flavor and mixed spices. Excellent with sautéed green peppers and onions or on a toasted baguette. Best grilled or baked. We recommend grilling sausages on low to medium heat for a slower gentle cooking process that prevents the casing from rupturing. Priced per lb.
