Gravlax is Scandinavian-style cold-cured salmon. An excellent appetizer, served thinly sliced with a mustard-dill sauce drizzled on top. Also wonderful simply served with thinly sliced hearty rye bread or crisp rye crackers. We take pride in making ours in the Nordic tradition with fresh dill, salt, sugar and lemon and curing for 48 hours. We take care to slice very thinly for optimal taste.
