This is a whole filet of our Canadian salted cod. Please let us know in the Special Instructions if you would like it as a WHOLE fillet or CUT. We generally cut into two inch wide filet. This preparation needs to be soaked 36-48 hours prior to use. One Piece averages about 2.35 lbs
